Introduction Visits and tastings:
Before presenting our wines, we will take you to discover our vineyard, where our grapes are born, then we will move on to the cellar, where we will show you all the stages of the winemaking and production process of our wines. Finally, we move from the cellar to our brand new tasting room. Here you can choose whether to taste our wines outdoors on a lovely terrace overlooking Cortona and the surrounding landscape, or inside the room itself, taking into account maximum comfort. We are open every day, continuously. Reservations required. Ability to host both small groups and groups, up to a total of about 30 people.
Important things to know:
1) When booking, we must be informed of any guests suffering from food intolerances and / or allergies.
2) The entire structure (including the cellar) is accessible to disabled people.
3) Dogs and cats are allowed inside the company, but not inside the premises. (cellar, tasting room, store)
4) At the time of booking, the presence of children must be communicated. Children up to 3 years do not pay, from 4 to 10 years, they have a 50% discount on the visit-tasting chosen by the parents or those who take their place.
5) Inside our company store it will be possible to buy all our products, starting from wine, extra virgin olive oil, lentils, chickpeas, Trasimeno bean, flour, pasta, honey and much more.
Wine tasting:
Quick visit: cost € 12.00 per person (MANDATORY BOOKING )lasted about 45 minutes. recommended time from 9 to 20.30. tastings of 3 wines explanation of the winemaking methods of the 3 wines for tasting.
1) Standard tasting: cost € 18.00 per person (MANDATORY BOOKING)duration about 1.30h. recommended time from 10 to 20.30. tasting of 2 wines paired with semi-seasoned and seasoned cheeses, bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil, Trasimeno beans, Valdichianaglione
2) Surplus tasting: cost 30.00 euros per person (MANDATORY BOOKING )Duration about 2.30 h. recommended time from 10 to 20.30. guided tour of the farm, vineyard (UNLESS IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CARRY OUT) Explanation of the various agronomic procedures used for the vineyard and for other crops grown on the farm. Tasting 3 wines and vin santo, combined with cured meats, cheeses, torta al testo, bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil, trasimeno beans and Valdichiana aglione. Finally vin santo with cantucci.
